- Previous homecare or facility care desired but not required - we will train the right person!
- Ability to converse clearly and comfortably with clients who are elderly, ill and/or incapacitated, and to explain/teach basic skills.
- Keen observation skills and the ability to report effectively.
- Deal calmly and efficiently with emergency situations if necessary.
