As a home health nurse at the University of Vermont Health - Home Health and Hospice, you’ll work alongside a diverse, supportive team of nurses, physicians, and specialty practitioners who truly care about their patients and their community 🤝. No matter the location, every employee plays an important role in promoting wellness. Here, you’ll discover a culture rooted in teamwork, professionalism, and mutual respect.
Our full-time positions are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, which is amazing schedule for parents or those who want work/life balance. There is one rotating weekend day every 5-6 weeks, but you will not work one of the weekdays those weeks.

Qualifications
- 1 year of home health or public health nursing experience preferred, OR a combination of education and experience that provides comparable skills
- Home care experience is helpful but not required—we will happily train motivated candidates who are eager to learn 🌟
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for external applicants (prorated for part-time roles) 🎉
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- $6,000 Relocation Bonus for those relocating 120 miles from previous work location
- Mileage reimbursed at federal gas rates đźš—đź’¨
- On-call: Not required 🙌

Requirements
- Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
- Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
