In This Role, You Will:
- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a smooth and positive check-in experience.
- Register patients, verify information, and coordinate lab services with accuracy and care.
- Schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and provide clear instructions to patients.
- Support lab operations by assisting with test orders, specimen handling, and communication.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with privacy and healthcare standards.
- Help create an organized, efficient, and patient-centered environment.
- Collaborate with team members across departments, including cross-training with Radiology Reception.
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping others.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; BLS certification required.
- Experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Comfort working with computer systems and electronic health records (EHR).
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
