What You’ll Lead & Own

Full oversight of hospital buildings, infrastructure, and critical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical)

Preventive and corrective maintenance programs that keep operations running smoothly

Regulatory compliance with NFPA, CMS, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards

Leadership, coaching, and development of a skilled Plant Operations team

Vendor and contractor management for specialized services and capital projects

Performance tracking through KPIs, work order metrics, and preventive maintenance compliance

Collaboration with hospital leadership to align facility priorities with patient care needs
This role is both strategic and hands-on — ideal for a leader who wants visibility, influence, and accountability.
What We’re Looking For

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

5 years of healthcare or hospital facilities experience, including supervisory responsibility

Strong working knowledge of life safety systems, building infrastructure, and regulatory standards

Experience using CMMS systems and Excel-based reporting

A calm, organized, solutions-driven leader who communicates clearly and leads by example
