We are a cannabis dispensary and alternative medicine store in Bozeman, MT seeking a Social Media Manager & Sales Associate to join our team. This hybrid role combines digital marketing and in-store sales, focusing on creating engaging content, growing our online presence, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Engage with customers online and promote products, events, and specials
- Assist customers in-store with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Support daily retail operations including sales, merchandising, and inventory
- Ensure all marketing efforts comply with cannabis regulations
Qualifications
- Experience in social media, marketing, or retail preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of cannabis or alternative medicine is a plus
- Creative, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Must meet all state requirements for cannabis employment
