Hardware Assembler

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Hardware Assembler. This role involves assembling hardware components, operating grommet machines, conducting final inspections, and performing tasks that require lifting materials up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be comfortable using a variety of hand tools and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install hardware components according to specifications and production drawings.
• Operate grommet machines.
• Use hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, drills, etc.) to complete tasks.
• Perform visual inspections of final products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate welding machines.
• Lift, fold, and move you to 50 pounds regularly.
• Work closely with the team to be sure jobs are done in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand work orders, job travelers, and material lists.
• Knowledge of how to use tools to complete tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Team player with good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
