Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to own and optimize our end-to-end sales infrastructure and processes. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, data accuracy, and effective execution across complex, enterprise-level sales cycles. You will work cross-functionally to support deal execution, improve performance visibility, and scale our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize CRM systems (Zoho/Salesforce), including workflows, automations, and data integrity
- Manage and maintain a clean, accurate sales pipeline and supporting sales tools
- Support complex B2B deal cycles, including pricing, budgeting, and proposal preparation
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs for proposals and RFP processes
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track pipeline, conversion, and forecast accuracy
- Deliver insights to leadership and identify bottlenecks in the sales process
- Develop and maintain proposal templates, pricing models, and sales materials
- Prepare presentations and support marketing activities and industry events
- Assist with lead follow-up, meeting coordination, and overall sales execution support
- Support quota planning, commission tracking inputs, and territory alignment
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment across the sales cycle
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Zoho or Salesforce preferred)
- Experience supporting B2B sales processes and deal execution
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- High level of organization, accuracy, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in automation, industrial, robotics, or capital equipment industries
- Familiarity with RFP-driven sales processes
- Experience in proposal preparation, pricing, and project estimation

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
