What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructor of Clinical Practice, SOM Physician Asst Studies position at UTMB Health Careers?
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Instructor will be responsible for making routine site visits (campus and off-campus) to evaluate clinical years students and assess the sufficiency of the rotation site and preceptor. Position will also be responsible for recruiting and locating new sites for clinical rotations assignments. Instructor may also participate in teaching and testing/assessment of clinical year students as well as other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Master's or higher degree from an accredited institution
PA candidate must have current NCCPA certification and be a licensed PA in the state of Texas or eligible for license in the state of Texas
SALARY:
$36/hour - 10 or less hours weekly
