Job Summary: Perform all phases of moving trailers and lot management as outlined below in an efficient, timely, professional manner.

Essential Duties:
- Perform daily driving assignments as directed in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with all departments via cell phone, email, teams, or one-on-one conversations.
- Organize and maintain lot for New, Used, PennStro, and Service.
- Maintain lot daily so it stays neat and orderly. Trailer rows will be straight and aligned with accurate spacing between them.
- Complete truck inspection at the start of each shift.
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of yard truck. Check Fluids daily and report and repair mechanical problems immediately.
- Assist the shop supervisors, manager, and technicians with daily production activities and needs.
- Keep Trailer Drop Area empty/organized. Park all incoming trailers in their appropriate location.
- Clean-up trash/debris in our lot daily.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Efficiency with an iPad and required technology/software (Pinquire app)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Be helpful and considerate to co-workers and customers.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Display a professional attitude toward Company and fellow employees.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Maintain verbal and written communications as required.
Education and Experience:
- Education - High school diploma or GED; 3-6 months related experience/training preferred
- CDL preferred but not required.
- Forklift experience preferred
Physical Environments:
- Noise levels are moderate to high at times.
- Sitting for extended periods of times.
- Physical exertion is moderate to heavy, must be able to occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds.
- The employee must be capable of continuously climbing up and down into a jockey truck.
- Must be able to get underneath trailers to release brakes, with a hammer, as necessary.
