What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Hire in Epic Operating position at UTHealth Houston?
UTHealth Houston's Epic team is looking for an Intern or Seasonal Hire to assist in our operational area for several months. This employee will support two teams under our analysts and the Epic leadership office. It is a chance to learn about the Epic project from a high level and to partner and learn from the managers of our Epic software team. Most tasks will be clerical and support our Ancillary team.
This is an hourly role that will last only 4 to 5 months. It is a part-time role, and hours can be flexible. This role is not eligible for benefits.
Position Key Accountabilities:
Assist with departmental needs and handle various tasks and assignments.
Certification/Skills:
None is specifically required, but familiarity with Epic is a preference.
Minimum Education:
You should be at least sixteen years of age.
Minimum Experience:
No experience is required, but any experience with Epic in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Residency Requirement:
Employees must permanently reside and work in the State of Texas.
