Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Technician
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and basic electrical principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies
- Good physical condition and strength
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge with computers and network technology or relevant field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Customer service skills for providing a positive experience, understanding the needs of the client, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Job Title: Service Technician
- Work Environment: This is a field role with frequent travel to various locations for service appointments. Some in-office work may be required for meetings and training.
