Tribal General Application

The Tribal General Application provides Ute Mountain Ute Tribal Members and Tribal Affiliates the opportunity to submit a single, general application for employment with Ute Mountain Casino Hotel. By applying through this posting, applicants will be considered for all current and future open positions that align with their stated interests, qualifications, and availability. This application streamlines the Tribal hiring process and ensures prioritized review in accordance with Tribal preference.

Applicants will have the opportunity to list which departments or positions interest them most. A UMCH representative will contact candidates when a suitable role is open and minimum job requirements are met.

Because this is a general application, the following outlines how the application will be used:

• Submit a single application to be reviewed for all open and upcoming roles across all departments.

• Indicate preferred jobs or departments to help us match your interests and qualifications with available openings.

• Provide all required documents (e.g., résumé, certifications, Tribal enrollment verification if applicable).

• Be available for contact regarding interviews, additional information requests, or follow-up related to specific openings. Be sure to provide us with good contact information! 

• Meet minimum qualifications for any job for which the applicant is being considered (experience, licensure, education, background checks, gaming support or key licensing requirements, etc.). In some instances, UMCH will provide on the job training for select non entry-level positions. 

• Update HR if employment preferences or contact information change.

To submit an application through the Tribal General Application link and be considered for employment, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a Ute Mountain Ute Tribal Member or eligible Tribal Affiliate (documentation may be required prior to interview or job offer).

• Must meet the minimum job requirements for any position being considered.

• Must be able to satisfy all background check requirements, including gaming licensing when applicable.

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position offered, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Must be able to communicate clearly and respond promptly to outreach from UMCH representatives.
