Summary/Objective
The Casino Beverage Attendant is responsible for maintaining self-service beverage stations and ensuring that they are stocked, clean, and ready for use by casino patrons. This role involves interacting with customers, providing excellent service, and performing duties to ensure the smooth operation of beverage services. The Beverage Attendant contributes to a positive guest experience by ensuring all beverage stations are operational, ice is stocked, and the service area remains clean. The position requires the ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced, and noisy environment.
Key Accountabilities
Self-Service Station Maintenance
Ensure all self-service beverage stations are clean, fully stocked with necessary items such as cups, lids, coffee, tea, sugar, and creamers, and ready for use by casino patrons. Regularly check stations to maintain cleanliness and functionality.
Beverage Station Supplies
Change Bag in a Box for soda and replenish all beverage stations as necessary, ensuring an uninterrupted supply of beverages. Keep ice stocked and available for patrons as needed.
Service Maintenance
Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring it meets health and safety standards. Regularly clean surfaces and ensure equipment is properly stored and ready for use.
Team Collaboration & Flexibility
Assist the Beverage Management team by performing additional duties as assigned. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all beverage service needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Customer Service
Provide excellent service to patrons, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor while ensuring guest satisfaction. Ensure beverage availability and cleanliness are consistently maintained to enhance the overall guest experience.
General
- Must be at least 18 years old to obtain a UMUGC Non-Support License (required). Must be able to pass the UMUGC and CG background investigations (no financial crimes or other felonies).
- Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke, or secondary smoke environment.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Certifications
- Food handlers’ card preferred.
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced or customer service environment is a plus.

- Basic understanding of beverage preparation and service.
