Purpose The student associate will support the FS Director’s Office by providing front-line customer service, managing visitor check-ins, phones, and departmental inboxes. Responsibilities include assisting with calendar and resource reservations, updating organizational materials and maintaining SharePoint, and supporting events like New Employee Orientation and Leadership Roundtables. The role also involves using Smartsheet to track employee recognition, retirement requests, and flexible work arrangements, and assists staff departments with translations. Responsibilities Providing front-line customer service and reception coverage, managing visitor check-ins, answering front-desk phone lines, and responding to and managing departmental inboxes. Assisting with calendar/resource reservations, updating organizational materials and maintaining SharePoint, and supporting events like New Employee Orientation, Leadership Roundtables, and workshops. Use Smartsheet to track employee recognition, retirement requests, and flexible work arrangements. Assist staff departments with translations, with strong emphasis for fluent and Native French communications. Drive University vehicles. Maintain acceptable driver rating as established in Policy: UTS157 Section 2.5.4. Required Qualifications 1. Naturally welcoming demeanor 2. Interest in business and operations fields 3. Work Shift 40 Hour Work Week Schedule; Monday-Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM. Schedule to be determined with supervisor.
