Job Posting Title: Student Associate, UTHS Ed Services ---- Hiring Department: UT High School ---- Position Open To: All Applicants ---- Weekly Scheduled Hours: 15 ---- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt ---- Earliest Start Date: Immediately ---- Position Duration: Expected to Continue Until Dec 31, 2026 ---- Location: UT MAIN CAMPUS ---- Job Details: Purpose To serve as a professional point of contact for the UT High School EdServices department, ensuring students, parents, and partners receive high-quality support and efficient resolution of inquiries. Key Responsibilities Communication & Support: Manage high-volume inbound communication by answering phone systems, responding to voicemails, and drafting professional email correspondence for diverse stakeholders. Technical Assistance: Provide front-line technical support, including troubleshooting account access and performing password resets within university systems. Operations & Documentation: Execute administrative tasks and maintain accurate records utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Canvas LMS, and Skyward SIS to support departmental workflows. Collaboration: Work cooperatively with the EdServices team to support daily operations and contribute to departmental goals. Required Qualifications Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats. Technical Proficiency: Intermediate skills in navigating online software and utilizing spreadsheets for data organization. Professionalism & Initiative: Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and a commitment to learning new tasks quickly. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate. Salary Range $15.00 Working Conditions Typical office environment Ability to lift 30 lbs.
