Role & Responsibilities

• Cover home visits in Davis & Salt Lake Counties, delivering speech‑language pathology services tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and other care professionals to implement and adjust treatment plans.
• Evaluate, initiate, and revise plans of care for speech, hearing, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Provide dignified, professional care in patients’ homes, ensuring safety, comfort, and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Utah SLP license & CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid Utah driver’s license with automobile liability insurance.
• Strong communicator, team‑oriented, able to work independently.
