What You’ll Do
- Support the Directors of Nursing by coordinating workflows and streamlining processes across Home Health and Hospice services.
- Track documentation timelines, compliance, and clinical operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Use Homecare Homebase (HCHB) to input, review, and manage essential clinical and operational data.
- Create and maintain organized shared documents and reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff to follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in launching new projects and process improvements that elevate patient care and team efficiency.
- Uphold confidentiality and maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
What You Bring
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent clinical background.
- Experience in Home Health or Hospice preferred.
- Solid understanding of medical terminology and healthcare workflows.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
- A fast learner — especially with healthcare software (Homecare Homebase experience is a plus!).
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communicator with a positive, professional, and solutions-oriented mindset.
