We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice. Position Summary
The ideal candidate will work closely with our experienced endocrinologists and advanced practice providers to evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while working in a structured and collegial clinical setting. Prior endocrinology experience is a plus but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. The job would require working at our Salt Lake City location 4 days a week and at American Fork location 1 day a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessments and ongoing management of endocrine conditions
- Interpret relevant lab and imaging studies to guide diagnosis and treatment
- Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment plans, and lifestyle recommendations
- Collaborate with our team and refer to specialists when necessary
- Document all encounters accurately and in a timely manner in the EMR (Athena)
- Support clinic operations and contribute to quality improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Valid Utah license as a PA or NP (or ability to obtain)
- Prior experience in endocrinology preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Patient-focused approach with a commitment to excellence
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
