The County Auditor investigates all financial claims against the county and pays the bills. The Auditor's Office also examines the financial books kept by the other county officials to see that accurate and complete records are maintained.
#### POSITION: Learning and Development Specialist (ERP) - Part Time
This is a Part Time position and does not include benefits.
Support the Vault (Oracle Cloud) ERP rollout by building high-quality learning materials, coordinating and facilitating training, and measuring learner readiness so finance staff and end users can confidently follow standardized, documented processes at and after go-live.
Pay: $30.74 hourly
Location: Provo, UT (hybrid may be considered)

- All applications received will be screened by the Human Resources office. Those applicants meeting the specified qualification and additional screening criteria will be referred for a hiring interview. The Human Resource Office will continue to consider qualified candidates as needed until the position is filled.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Educational Technology, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Two (2) years experience designing and delivering workplace learning (end-to-end: analysis ? design ? delivery ? evaluation).
- Demonstrated facilitation skill and clear writing for job aids; advanced organization and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365; ability to quickly leverage authoring tools (Articulate 360 or similar).
- Experience supporting ERP or enterprise software training (Oracle/Workday/SAP).
- Light media skills (screen capture/editing); fbasic UX/UI design, familiarity with accessibility and UDL.
