- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent degree from an AVMA accredited college or university.
- Board-certified Internal Medicine Specialist (DACVIM), or the successful completion of a residency program in Internal Medicine.
- Active state license in good standing.
- Current DEA license in good standing.
- A commitment to veterinary excellence and upholding the Principles of Veterinary Medical Ethics.
