The Opportunity

Role Location: Arkansas
Compensation Range: $88,000-$132,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

You Are
UST is searching for a Program Manager who will define program vision, objectives, scope, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.
The Opportunity
- Oversee execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality adherence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, product owners, engineering leaders, and vendors.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Hybrid delivery models as appropriate.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management for large-scale technology initiatives.
- Proven experience managing multi-project programs with complex dependencies.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist, or Agile certification.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, supply chain, or enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience working with global teams and system integrators.
- Strong understanding of data, integration, cloud, and enterprise platforms.
