You Are:
A seasoned Client Partner who will play a key role in our growth, tasked with rapid business expansion within accounts, including growing a select client cluster with clearly established top line and bottom line targets, and selling new service offerings and solutions to the client cluster in order to achieve targeted results.
The Opportunity:
· Provide strategic leadership for large or multiple stakeholder relationships in engagements typically valued at $15M or more annually.
· Prepare and track long and short-term goals in alignment with corporate strategy, ensuring business revenue and EBITDA growth, customer satisfaction, and associate engagement.
· Demonstrate positive movement in relationship maturity from C-suite level and below, with visible progress quarter-over-quarter.
· Leverage connections for deal sensing or early warnings.
· Enable quick wins for the organization by leveraging internal assets and teams.
· Partner with clients to solve customer problems and identify additional business opportunities.
· Improve quality of revenue through revenue-sharing models and driving digital transformation programs.
· Track quarterly progress on revenue and EBITDA aligned with corporate goals.
· Prepare long-term and short-term goals and account objectives.
· Present reports on account progress, quotas, and goals to senior leadership and stakeholders.
· Communicate objectives and progress to matrixed teams.
· Provide strategic leadership for extensive interrelated programs of work, ensuring digital acts as a change-enabling agent.
· Apply extensive business and technological expertise to conceive and implement innovative ideas.
· Negotiate contracts on behalf of the company.
· Establish cost parameters, budgets, campaigns, and ensure ROI on investments.
· Fully accountable for business performance and cost controls throughout the business cycle.
· Periodically evaluate employee performance and goals using corporate-defined tools.
· Motivate team members to exceed expected goals and ensure engagement and retention of key talent.
What You Need:
· At least 12 years of experience in portfolio management, sales, and client relations.
Proven experience in strategic leadership and stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of corporate strategy and financial performance metrics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive digital transformation and innovative solutions.
Experience in managing large-scale engagements and complex programs.
Salary : $148,000 - $222,000
