Duties
- Drive personal and company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Deliver packages directly to customers’ mailbox/doorsteps, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in every interaction.
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving items of various sizes, maintaining proper safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, obtain signatures when required, and document any delivery issues or discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously during deliveries.
Experience
- Prior experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
- Experience with route driving, heavy lifting, and moving items.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in diverse environments.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy packages repeatedly throughout the day.
Requirements: Personal vehicle is required for delivery of routes. Mileage will be paid.
