We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team of talented people to help continue our tradition of innovation and market leadership. This position is located at our facility in Woodland, WA. Come and grow with us!
In this role, the primary focus of duties is providing accurate and timely processing of customer invoices and collections.
Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00 USD per hour.
How You Will Make a Positive Impact:
- Manage customer accounts
- Customer collections
- Set up new customer accounts in ERP system
- Process customer credit card payments
- Respond to receivable inquiries from customers
- Work with operations and customers to resolve payment and invoicing issues
- Back-up support for processing invoices in customer portal (Ariba or Coupa)
- Back-up support for managing invoice discrepancies and issues within customer portal (Ariba or Coupa)
- Assists in department projects as needed
The Value You Bring:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Related certifications and college degree preferred
- 3-5 years of customer collections experience required
- Strong computer skills, including Excel and Outlook
- Experience utilizing an ERP system similar to Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, etc.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
