The program offers hands-on experience, dedicated mentorship, and nationwide networking opportunities to help participants build a successful career in insurance sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development: Actively participate in the 50/50 Program by building strong customer relationships, generating leads, and driving sales results.
Training & Mentorship: Complete a comprehensive two-year training program, including a structured development plan and one-on-one mentorship with an experienced sales leader.
Networking: Collaborate and connect with fellow program participants across the country to share insights and best practices.
Career Growth: Develop the skills, knowledge, and expertise needed to become a top-performing salesperson and build a long-term career in the insurance industry.
