We have an immediate opening for an IT Project Financial Analyst II with our client.
Position: IT Project Financial Analyst II
Location: Tulsa, OK 74172 (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: Up to $55/hr on W2
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting across a portfolio of IT projects
- Track actuals vs. budget, analyze variances, and provide financial insights
- Support project change requests (PCRs) by evaluating financial impacts and funding requirements
- Partner with PMO and Finance on capital vs. expense classification, accruals, and monthly close activities
- Maintain financial dashboards, reports, and project financial data integrity
- Monitor project financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of experience in project financial analysis, FP&A, cost analysis, or project controls
- Experience managing budgets and forecasts for multiple IT projects
- Strong understanding of project accounting concepts (capitalization, expense, EAC forecasting)
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP/project accounting systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
