This full-time, on-site Freight Broker role is located in Mount Pleasant, SC. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing the coordination of freight logistics, building strong relationships with clients and carriers, and providing top-notch customer service. Daily tasks include liaising with customers, negotiating rates, scheduling shipments, handling dispatching processes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and general Brokerage practices
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Account Management
- Experience in Dispatching and managing logistics operations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
