Description and Requirements
General Description: Under guidance, provide day-to-day administrative and technical support for operation processes.
Responsibilities:
• Review documents for accuracy.
• Review and analyze technical documents to assure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain agency management systems.
• Saving and uploading information for internal team retrieval.
• Contact with carriers, brokers, or internal team members to respond to outstanding issues.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
