General Description: Under guidance, provide day-to-day administrative and technical support for operation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Review documents for accuracy.
- Review and analyze technical documents to assure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain agency management systems.
- Saving and uploading information for internal team retrieval.
- Contact with carriers, brokers, or internal team members to respond to outstanding issues.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
