General Description:
Maintain and support enterprise IT infrastructure. Emphasizes systems administration, O365/M365/Azure, virtualization technologies, and modern backup strategies. This is a hybrid role requiring occasional visits to our Allentown, PA and Baltimore, MD offices.
Responsibilities:
- Administer Windows Server environments and core services including Active Directory, Azure, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
- Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 environments - Intune, OneDrive, Teams
- Implement and enforce Microsoft Office 365 security policies
- Assist in patch management system upgrades and infrastructure lifecycle planning
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to support infrastructure needs for applications and services
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for infrastructure-related issues
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or systems administration
- Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server environments
- Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting (PowerShell preferred)
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills
- Experience with enterprise identity and access management
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft/ Azure Certified)
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction.
- Deep expertise in managing complex environments and driving operational excellence.

Salary Range: $90,000- $105,000. This is a bonus eligible position with a target incentive of 8%.
