Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashville, TN. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for identifying and meeting clients’ health coverage needs by providing plans to meet thier needs. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, explaining various plan options, and assisting them in selecting the most appropriate coverage.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in consultation, sales, and client relationship management
- Ability to analyze client needs and explain health insurance plans effectively
- Prior experience in insurance or sales is advantageous but not required
- State-provided insurance license (or the ability to obtain one)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or a college degree is a plus
Compensation
$75,000-120,000 annually based on skill
