Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Charlotte, NC. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing client inquiries and concerns. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and support sales efforts.

Given our rapid growth, we have just expanded our Charlotte office, giving room to grow our footprint in the greater Charlotte area. Our Sales Executive can make a real difference in people's lives. You'll work directly with America's self-employed, small business owners, and individuals to help them access a product suite of affordable business services, consumer savings programs, and wellness benefits with access to health coverage plans.
