USHEALTH Advisors is looking for driven people to join our team in Sunrise, FL, as Benefits Account Representatives, helping clients understand and choose the right health coverage over the phone. You'll own the full client conversation from first contact through enrollment, which means this role is built more like a sales seat than a support seat: you're not answering tickets, you're closing.

What you'll actually be doing:
- Talking with clients by phone to understand their health coverage needs
- Presenting plan options and making a clear recommendation, not just reading off a list
- Closing enrollments and owning that client relationship going forward
- Managing your own book of accounts as it grows
