Summary

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Giannotti and Associates, LLC. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales growth by connecting with customers and offering tailored solutions that meet their needs. This position is essential for contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding service while fostering strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize lead generation techniques to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to enhance service offerings.
  • Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in a related industry.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • High Personal Integrity and Character.
  • Accountable and Coachable Team Player
  • Excellent analytical skills for assessing customer needs and market conditions.
  • Familiarity with technology sales is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
