Role & Responsibilities
- Perform janitorial duties within the manufacturing plant as needed and assigned by supervisor.
- Safely maintain and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Ensure cleanliness of all restrooms, breakrooms, meeting rooms, office areas, and other areas of the plant as assigned.
- Adaptable to established work schedule.
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing setting in a safe manner and follow all plant safety rules and practices.
- Willing and able to perform janitorial and other manual tasks throughout the plant.
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have regular and predictable attendance.
- Have ability to understand verbal and written instructions from plant supervision and efficiently and effectively perform assigned tasks.
- Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements necessary for the job.
