Job Description:
We are hiring experienced SOC Analysts (Tier 1 & Tier 2) to support a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). This role will focus on supporting cybersecurity operations for the client’s Japanese business during U.S. hours, requiring bilingual fluency in English and Japanese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, triage, and escalate security alerts
- Execute incident response playbooks and document incidents
- Collaborate with global GSOC teams
- Follow established security protocols and operating models
- Stay updated on evolving cybersecurity threats and trends
Required Skills:
- 8 years of experience in Information Security / SOC environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English & Japanese (mandatory)
- Knowledge of frameworks like NIST and MITRE ATT&CK
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred
- Strong analytical and incident response skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Business Operations Transfer (BOT) models
- Exposure to global security operations teams
Work Schedule:
- Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid)
- Front Half Shift: Sunday – Wednesday (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM EST)
- Back Half Shift: Wednesday – Saturday (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM EST)
