Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant to join our team in the United States. This role is ideal for a seasoned functional consultant with strong solution architecture capabilities and deep expertise in finance modules.
The consultant will act as a D365 Finance SME for an enterprise client undergoing a migration to SAP S/4HANA, playing a key role in data migration, system analysis, and validation.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Dynamics 365 Finance

Analyze existing D365 Finance configurations and business processes

Lead data migration strategy, architecture, and execution

Collaborate with technical teams to design, build, and test migration scripts

Partner with business stakeholders to validate data extraction and transformation

Provide functional leadership and strategic guidance

Translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions

Develop and maintain functional documentation, solution designs, and process flows
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance

5 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture and functional design

Strong experience with data migration and enterprise ERP implementations

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with multi-legal entity / multi-country implementations

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-330, MB-700)

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration projects
