Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant to join our team in the United States. This role is ideal for a seasoned functional consultant with strong solution architecture capabilities and deep expertise in finance modules.

The consultant will act as a D365 Finance SME for an enterprise client undergoing a migration to SAP S/4HANA, playing a key role in data migration, system analysis, and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Dynamics 365 Finance
• Analyze existing D365 Finance configurations and business processes
• Lead data migration strategy, architecture, and execution
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, build, and test migration scripts
• Partner with business stakeholders to validate data extraction and transformation
• Provide functional leadership and strategic guidance
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, solution designs, and process flows
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
• 5 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture and functional design
• Strong experience with data migration and enterprise ERP implementations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-legal entity / multi-country implementations
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-330, MB-700)
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration projects
