We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Solutions Delivery Partner to help support IT Corporate team. You will collaborate with Corporate IT Tech Partners and Solutions Delivery teams, acting as a key link to ensure IT projects are delivered effectively and that technology solutions match business goals and priorities. Constant exposure to new and emerging technologies makes this a great position for someone who thrives on new challenges, has proven skills in system design and is committed to delivering the best solutions possible for the business challenges presented.

Compensation
Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 80.00 - 95.00
The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of the USDM’s compensation range for this position. Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market survey data or budget.
Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage.
Both full and part-time employees, who are at least 21 years of age, are eligible to participate in USDM's 401k plan. Full and part-time employees may be eligible for paid time off.

Primary Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for technology initiatives and translate them into actionable IT projects or enhancements including supporting the development of SDLC documentation (e.g. Project Implementation Plans, Configuration Specifications, RAID Logs, etc.)
- Collaborate with tech partner to prioritize technology requests and manage expectations regarding timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Organize technical requirements gathering and solution design sessions with customers, partners, and other technical resources of all levels
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure successful implementation, testing, and deployment of solutions that meet business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend technology-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor project scope, progress, provide status updates, and proactively address risks or issues as they arise.
- Support business through change management, communication management, and user adoption activities for new or updated systems.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required
- 5 years of experience in designing and delivering technology solutions for Corporate/ G&A business owners as a business analyst, solutions delivery, or similar role.
- Expertise in Corporate business processes and operational models, including Compliance, Physical Security, CyberSecurity, Global Sourcing & Procurement, and Finance.
- Knowledge of IT systems, platforms (Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Veeva, PowerBi, Databricks, SAP) and common industry integrations (SSO, API, ETL)
- Strong project management and vendor coordination experience.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, processes, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide end-users.
- Ability to create process documentation and support end user training.
- Exposure to FDA regulated environments or service management (ITIL) is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Certifications in TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, SAFe, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) (Preferred)
