Preferred certifications: TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, SAFe, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure).
Experience:
5 years in designing and delivering technology solutions for Corporate/G&A business owners as BA, solutions delivery, or similar.
Expertise in Corporate processes and operating models (Compliance, Physical Security, CyberSecurity, Global Sourcing & Procurement, Finance).
Knowledge of IT systems and platforms such as Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Veeva, Power BI, Databricks, SAP, and common integrations (SSO, API, ETL).
Strong project management and vendor coordination experience.
Skills:
Strong understanding of IT systems, processes, and project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide end users.
Ability to create process documentation and support end-user training; exposure to FDA regulated environments or ITIL-based service management preferred.
