Role Summary
The Corporate IT Solutions Delivery Partner will support the Corporate IT organization during a high‑demand period, acting as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, Corporate IT Tech Partners, and Solutions Delivery teams. The role ensures that technology initiatives, IT projects, and system enhancements are aligned with business goals and delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Corporate/G&A functions.
- Translate business needs into actionable IT projects, enhancements, and solution designs.
- Prepare and maintain SDLC documentation including Project Implementation Plans, Configuration Specifications, RAID logs, and related artifacts.
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration
- Work closely with Corporate IT Tech Partners to prioritize technology requests.
- Manage stakeholder expectations regarding timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Facilitate technical requirement workshops and solution design sessions with cross‑functional teams.
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinate with IT teams for solution implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, and progress; provide regular status updates.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Process Improvement & Optimization
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and recommend technology‑driven improvements.
- Support change management, communication, and user adoption for new or updated systems.
Operational Support
- Assist end users with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Support creation of process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Certifications
- PMP (strongly preferred)
- TOGAF, ITIL, SAFe
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are a plus
Experience Requirements
- 5 years of experience delivering IT solutions for Corporate/G&A functions (BA, Solutions Delivery, or similar roles).
- Strong understanding of Corporate processes: Compliance, Physical Security, Cybersecurity, Procurement, Finance, etc.
- Hands‑on experience with platforms such as:
- Microsoft 365
- ServiceNow
- Veeva
- Power BI
- Databricks
- SAP
- Integrations (SSO, API, ETL)
- Proven experience in project management and vendor coordination.
- Experience working in Life Sciences or FDA‑regulated environments is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
