The Department of Education at Marshall University is seeking applicants for an Assistant Professor for a tenure-track faculty position to teach in the graduate and undergraduate programs. Teach a minimum of three courses per semester during the fall and spring semesters and potential summer semester. Teach courses in the Curriculum and Instruction program for graduate candidates pursuing the MA in Education, MA in Teaching, EdS in Curriculum & Instruction, EdD in Curriculum & Instruction, and a variety of related Graduate Certificates. Collaborate with faculty to deliver quality distance learning courses designed for educators who work full-time in preK-12 schools, higher education, and other training and development settings. Teaching responsibilities may focus on online/virtual graduate courses in curriculum development and theory, instructional strategies, and qualitative research.
