Overview
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday; 9:00 am-6:00 pm; Hybrid role.*After the initial 90-day training period, the position will transition to a hybrid schedule with two remote workdays per week. Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Health Services & Behavioral Research Associate III coordinates all quantitative and/or qualitative data collection for assigned projects. Responsible for supervising and training survey research staff. Participates in data collection and is responsible for field documentation. Monitors the quality of data collected and manages field problems as needed. Duties are performed with minimal supervision with feedback and guidance from principal investigators. Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: Required:- 2 years of experience in research coordination, program planning conducting qualitative/quantitative research and/or community organizing experience.
- Experience managing staff and working with children, youth, and families.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred.
Strong experience in data quality control (QC) processes, including reviewing datasets, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
Proficiency in metrics tracking and reporting, with the ability to monitor study performance, generate insights, and support continuous process improvement.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced research environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
