We are seeking an experienced Ethics & Education Enablement Manager to support the development and execution of global education and enablement initiatives designed to strengthen ethical business practices and mitigate risk across our international markets. This role blends instructional design fundamentals with practical field enablement. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning design, behavior change, and building practical tools that help teams operate compliantly and confidently in real-world environments. This position reports to the Executive Director of Ethics & Education and works closely with Market Development and Marketing teams to translate policy into engaging, actionable learning and enablement resources.

We are seeking an experienced Ethics & Education Enablement Manager to support the development and execution of global education and enablement initiatives designed to strengthen ethical business practices and mitigate risk across our international markets. This role blends instructional design fundamentals with practical field enablement. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning design, behavior change, and building practical tools that help teams operate compliantly and confidently in real-world environments. This position reports to the Executive Director of Ethics & Education and works closely with Market Development and Marketing teams to translate policy into engaging, actionable learning and enablement resources.
- Lead the development and execution of a global education strategy to promote ethical, compliant business practices and reduce risk across markets
- Translate complex policies into clear, engaging training materials and enablement tools for brand partners
- Design and deliver learning experiences (e-learning, workshops, certifications) using instructional design and adult learning principles
- Manage the Learning Management System, training content, and global education metrics to drive engagement and measure effectiveness
- Partner with cross-functional teams and global markets to enhance training, support localization, and improve adoption and behavior change
- Develop a brand partner recognition program to highlight compliant behavior and promote compliant business building activity
- Ability to speak and write Mandarin is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Communications, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in learning development, enablement, compliance, training, or related area
- Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
- Proficient building e-learning modules (Articulate, Rise, Captivate, or similar)
- Proficient with LMS platform
- Exposure to compliance, ethics, risk, or regulated industries
- Experience working in cross-functional or global environments
- Occasional travel (international/domestic) required
- Position is in-office located in Salt Lake City.
