Position Summary:
The Compensation and Benefits Analyst is responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits to support 10 companies and 2,000 employees. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, provides support and guidance to employees regarding benefits, and assists in enhancing overall employee satisfaction. The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will also support compensation reviews, pay bands, and benefits-related communications. This is an in-person position at our Headquarters based in Enfield, CT.
Your Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and guide plan options, eligibility, and claims resolution.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) retirement plans, and related employer contributions.
- Consistent research and review to ensure a comprehensive and competitive benefits plan.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support compensation reviews and ensure alignment with company policies and market benchmarks.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees with respect to benefits enrollment and terminations.
- Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and distribute benefits communications, including open enrollment materials, plan updates, and informational sessions.
- Assess benefits programs for effectiveness and recommend improvements or enhancements.
- Support HR reporting and analytics related to benefits utilization, costs, and employee engagement.
- Maintain consistent, reliable attendance in accordance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities and support additional duties as business needs change.
Your Skills:
- Strong knowledge of health insurance, retirement plans (401K), and related compliance regulations.
- Experience with HRIS/Benefit system platforms
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in employee benefits administration
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
