What are the responsibilities and job description for the Copy Of General Labor/ Field Associate/Warehouse Associate position at USA Up Star Management Company LLC?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The General Laborer is primarily responsible for the maintenance of the Greenwood, Indiana storage and staging yard and warehouse, indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions. Secondary responsibilities include the execution of work at other job sites as assigned.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record
- Must be willing to travel to various jobsites
- Experience with material handling equipment preferred.
- Basic site repairs.
- Minor Equipment repairs.
- Assist with packing, staging, loading and unloading of trucks and equipment.
- Keep tools and equipment components organized.
- Basic computer skills for asset tracking in asset tracking system.
- Perform a variety of general labor tasks around the yard, including but not limited to:
- Facility and grounds maintenance, general cleaning and organizing.
- Mowing, Trimming, Basic Landscaping
- Restroom cleaning and minor Janitorial work
- Trash removal
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Supervisory Responsibility:
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities but may be responsible for training others.
