Warehouse Specialist, Ventures Endurance

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist warehouse manager in organizing, planning, and implementing inventory strategies.
- Accounts for continuous inventory of event apparel.
- Assist warehouse manager in scheduling less than truck freight with multiple freight companies.
- Ensure schedule timelines for packing of packages are met in the warehouse per event.
- Assist in packing and shipping packages and equipment – whether supplies for events or virtual event fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team members in support of events set up and execution.
- Responsible for receiving shipments, stocking, accurate picking of shipments, packing, and shipping while meeting company standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
- Organize and properly pack boxes in preparation for shipping.
- Loading and unloading trucks and properly storing operational items in the warehouse.
- Safely operate power equipment as needed.
- Unload, break down, and store inbound shipments.
- Perform other warehouse duties as needed.
- Minimum High School Graduate/GED
- Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities and initiative
- Be able to lift 40lbs without assistance.
- Be able to travel when required (typically 8-12 events per year)
- Excellent delegator and mediator
- Great interpersonal skills and customer service
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Passionate and enthusiastic for the event industry
- Work towards acquiring Commercial Driver’s License (CDL - class C)
- Great work ethic
- Legal right to work in the United States
