The USA TODAY Network is looking for a Client Success & Partnerships Executive to join our growing team in Melbourne, Florida. In this role, you’ll work directly with organizations recognized as Top Workplaces, congratulating them on their achievement, inviting them to our exclusive local events, and helping them amplify their recognition through marketing solutions.

What You’ll Do

Connect with companies that have been recognized as USA TODAY Top Workplaces

Reach out to congratulate leaders and introduce them to our annual Top Workplaces events

Build relationships with company decision-makers and invite them to participate in the program

Help organizations leverage their Top Workplace recognition through marketing and promotional products

Manage your outreach, pipeline, and follow-ups in an organized and timely manner

Travel to select Top Workplaces events throughout the year to meet clients and represent the brand

This role includes travel to Top Workplaces events across the country.
There are approximately 20 events annually, and this position will typically attend 7–8 events per year.

Compensation

Base Salary: $58,000
-
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $86,000 Uncapped Commission, paid quarterly

Location
This is an in-office role based in Melbourne, Florida, with our office located near the Eau Gallie Arts District, a vibrant area known for its local art scene, restaurants, and community events.
