This role combines traditional administrative tasks with sales-specific functions such as CRM management, quote preparation, order processing, and pipeline tracking. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Management: Update and maintain customer records, leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).Quote & Proposal Support: Prepare, format, and send sales quotes, proposals, and contracts; track approvals and revisions.Order Processing: Enter customer orders, coordinate with fulfillment/operations, and ensure accurate invoicing and delivery timelines.Pipeline & Reporting: Generate sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts; track team performance against quotas.Meeting & Calendar Support: Schedule client meetings, demos, and follow-ups; manage sales team calendars and reminders.Document Management: Organize and file sales collateral, contracts, NDAs, and compliance documents.Commission Tracking: Calculate and verify sales commissions; prepare payout summaries for finance.Expense & Travel Coordination: Process sales team expense reports and arrange travel (flights, hotels, itineraries).Sales Collateral & Tools: Maintain inventory of brochures, presentations, and demo materials; update pricing sheets and product info.Customer Communication: Respond to basic client inquiries, route support requests, and send follow-up emails on behalf of reps.Event Support: Assist with trade shows, webinars, and sales kickoffs (logistics, registrations, materials).
