Our client is a growing organization seeking an experienced Recruiter to support their continued expansion. This role plays a key part in helping build high-performing teams by managing full-cycle hiring efforts across multiple departments.
Position Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing all aspects of the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers. This individual will partner closely with leadership to understand staffing needs, build strong pipelines, and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
General Purpose:
Drives recruitment activities across the organization, ensuring effective sourcing, screening, coordination, and communication throughout the hiring process.
Position Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Create and post job descriptions across relevant platforms
- Build talent pipelines through job boards, networking, referrals, and social channels
- Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Support the full hiring process, including scheduling, feedback, and follow-up
- Maintain organized tracking of applicants and ongoing recruiting activity
- Contribute to a positive and professional candidate experience
- Provide updates on recruiting progress and key hiring metrics
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 3–4 years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both managers and candidates
- Skilled in sourcing techniques and utilizing multiple recruiting platforms
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage several roles at once
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
